Shelley is a forty-year northern Nevada resident with a history in education and philanthropy. After her graduation with a MA in Teaching English, she created and taught English language programs. Later, she obtained a graduate degree in library science and managed school media centers. In her spare time, she has worked on fundraising, technology, and communications for many nonprofits and political organizations.
