A gift of $100, together with other gifts, will help the Ally operate and advance its mission, by paying for basic operational costs.
$250
A gift of $250 will help cover the Ally’s tech stack for a month to ensure that all its content is accessible to everyone on all platforms for free–including newsletters, website, podcast, and social media.
It can also be used to cover the costs of an audio kit for a reporter to tell audio stories.
$500
A gift of $500 allows us to pay a contributor to report an in-depth, high-quality story in one subject area, complete with photography and content for social media.
$1,000
For $1,000, the Ally can bring in, edit and publish an impactful mini-series on our website that focuses on one specific topic of interest to our community.
$2,500
A gift of $2,500 will fund stories from underrepresented and vulnerable communities and travel to rural towns, tribal lands and other rarely visited areas of our region.
$5,000
A gift of $5,000 empowers our team to create an investigative multimedia series that is deeply sourced and reported, shared across the region and country, and designed for impact.
$10,000
A generous $10,000 gift would give us the power to hire a part-time staff person that could help us tell stories across platforms, build partnerships with community organizations, and build a sustainable business model around nonprofit journalism.
We rely on reader donations and every dollar counts toward our mission. Whatever you’re able to contribute this year doesn’t matter. What matters is that you do contribute.
