The Oakland Athletics have cleared another hurdle in their bid to move to the Las Vegas Strip. Nevada lawmakers have approved the deal, which just needs the approval from the Las Vegas Stadium Authority and Major League Baseball. We break down what the final bill looks like with KNPR’s Paul Boger.

Then, as summer officially starts next week, we chat with our outdoor adventure writer Matt Johanson about his recently completed 600-mile trek along the Pacific Crest Trail.
