Nevada lawmakers ended the 2023 legislative session late Monday night with all but one budget bill signed. That forced Governor Joe Lombardo to call a special session Tuesday to get that last bill over the finish line. Lombardo then called another special session Wednesday to discuss the public financing proposal for a new baseball stadium in Las Vegas. KNPR’s Paul Boger breaks down the latest.
