The Oakland A’s want to move to Las Vegas. A site has been selected and a proposal is in front of Nevada lawmakers, who are considering the bill during a special session.

How did this proposal get to this point? What are the A’s asking for exactly? And what are lawmakers saying as they consider the proposal? We chat with KNPR’s Paul Boger, who has been covering the legislative session from Carson City.
