Battles brewing in Nevada Legislature over budget, Western Utah over water

Noah Glick is an award-winning journalist, audio and podcast producer, and writer, whose work has been heard nationally on NPR, Marketplace, Here & Now, and more. He is a multiple regional Edward R. Murrow Award winner for his reporting on climate, energy, and housing.

Noah brings his years of experience to the Sierra Nevada Ally, where he will serve as Executive Editor, overseeing the organization’s content strategy, audio production, and editorial oversight. His goal is to create content that helps readers become more informed about the world around them and to inspire everyone to think more critically and see the world with a little more kindness and understanding.

When not mixing audio or writing podcasts, Noah can mostly be found at home with his family or out on a lake with a kayak.

Claire Carlson lives in Portland, Oregon, but often finds herself venturing back to the high desertscapes of Nevada, her home state. Claire has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Reno in International Affairs and a master’s from the University of Montana in Environmental Studies, where she focused on environmental writing. When she’s not chasing leads or trying to string sentences together, you’ll find her fighting the urge to fall asleep while reading in a hammock somewhere in the woods.
